Responsibilities of the HP Technical Support Representative Job:
- Handle a large number of inbound and outbound customer phone calls, emails, chats, and orders.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Hardware/Networking/OS issues over the phone
- Ability to supply clients with solutions, which may include selling the customer a product or service to resolve the issue.
- Should be able to exhibit a competent analytical/logical approach to troubleshooting in order to resolve Hardware and Software issues.
- Interpersonal and communication abilities at a high level, with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Requirements for the Job:
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written) and Hindi are required (Spoken Only)
Knowledge of basic computer hardware - Technical credentials like as A+, N+, MCSA, and MCSE would be advantageous.
- Must be driven to demonstrate a Customer First culture in all interactions.
- Typing abilities are required.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills, email/chat etiquette, and time management abilities are required.
- Must be willing to work on shift work.
