1. How to apply:
- Candidates and employees must submit their applications online at https://clt.karnataka.gov.in.
- There will be no other forms of application accepted, and candidates and employees must have active personal email addresses and mobile numbers.
- It should remain active until the exam or certification process is finished.
- The testing and certification agency will communicate with you using this email address.
- Candidates and employees should never: divulge their email addresses to third parties; use the email addresses of third parties; Before submitting an online application, a candidate or employee should register a new email account if they don’t already have one.
2. Online Registration
- Using https://clt.karnataka.gov.in, candidates and employees can register themselves by entering their registration number and date of birth from their HRMS records.
- When valid information is entered, the system will check it and, if necessary, display the candidate or employee profile details.
- The system will send an email to the registered email address and a text message to the mobile phone provided during registration once the necessary information has been submitted and the needed files have been uploaded with the photo and signature.
- For scheduling the exam, the candidate or employee can log in using their user name and password (for booking the exam slot).
- Once an exam slot is reserved, the candidate or employee can download the admit card and show up for the test on the planned date and at the designated test centre at the designated batch time.
3. Online Payment
- The candidate or employee must pay the exam fees for each additional attempt if they failed the exam on their first try.
- Candidates and employees can only make payments online using a debit or credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or Rupay and their Net Banking User ID and Password.
